The International Telecommunication Union (ITU) invited experts from concerned ministries and national regulators to an online workshop for the validation of harmonized calculation method for Africa (HCM4A) agreement. The workshop run from 29 November 2021 – 02 December 2021, from 10:00 – 13:00 (Geneva time)- with English/French simultaneous interpretation.
Validation workshop has been organized having the aim is to present the updated version of the HCM4A agreement and the associated manual and to seek the initial feedback from the participants on the technical matters of the agreement. After the workshop, administrations to provide their comments and feedback before the ITU embarks on seeking, in close coordination with regional organizations, the formal adoption of the agreement and the development of the necessary software.
